International Student Enrollment can occur from September through June. Residential accomodations are created per request.
Non-English speaking ESL students are required to take the TOEIC/TOEFL test to determine language proficiency. Please see the TOEFL website. An individualized profile is then created to establish reading and mathematics skills, and create an appropriate curriculum based on needs, talents and abilities.
PROCEDURE
- Complete an application form
- A non-refundable fee of $120
- School transcripts in English covering the last 3 grades should include for grades 10-12: a course description, an outline of course objectives, length of class times per week, and number of weeks per year or term.
- Proof of application for Residency Visa -(Fees for the entire year are payable immediately upon acceptance of the student by KVA. The school will then write a Letter of Acceptance for students to take to a Canadian Embassy or Consulate. If the student does not, for any reason, receive a student Visa the fee is refunded in full less $120.) Contact school administration for wire fee transfer information. Parents are responsible for all bank fees.
